The development of the Chinese-Russian convention and exhibition industry
On November 7, a meeting was held at the Shanghai representative Office of the Chinese Business Center to establish contacts for the development of the Chinese-Russian convention and exhibition industry. This meeting brought together many leaders and guests from the Chinese and Russian convention and exhibition industry to discuss development trends, challenges and future opportunities for cooperation between China and Russia.
Sergey Alexeev, First Vice President of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), Vice President of EF-International, greeted the participants, and also spoke about the International Consortium of the MICE Industry and its role in strengthening international relations in the MICE sphere.
At the end of the meeting, the participants discussed the current opportunities and challenges of the exhibition markets of the two countries, analyzed examples of cooperation between the exhibition industry of China and Russia, and also discussed how the exhibition industry of China and Russia can exchange market information, establish cooperation and improve subsequent services.
Speaking about the future prospects of cooperation in the exhibition industry between China and Russia, the participants expressed hope for joint study of ways to integrate and share exhibition resources between the two countries.
During the trip, a cooperation agreement was signed within the framework of the International Consortium of the MICE Industry with the publishing house "China Convention and Exhibition".
